Exclusive Membership Program
At vbwin, every ringgit you invest brings you closer to a higher VIP tier. Four exclusive tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each come with increasingly valuable cashback benefits, bonuses, and personalised services.
Each tier is designed to deliver increasingly greater rewards to loyal members. Tier upgrades happen automatically based on your gaming activity.
The vbwin VIP tier upgrade system is designed to be simple and transparent. There is no complicated application process or confusing requirements. Every ringgit you spend playing — whether at the live casino tables, sports betting, slots, fish shooting games, or bingo — counts as activity points in our VIP system.
Once your activity points reach a certain threshold, the vbwin system will automatically upgrade your account to the next VIP tier. You will receive a notification via the platform and email, along with full details of the new benefits you are entitled to. The entire process happens without any interruption to your gaming experience.
What sets the vbwin VIP program apart from other platforms is the concept of loyalty that is continuously rewarded. You don't need to wager large amounts in a single session — your VIP progress accumulates over time, and every gaming session brings you one step closer to a higher tier. This means both casual and active players can enjoy the benefits of the VIP program, just at a different pace.
Cashback is credited directly to your account every week with no manual claims required.
Platinum and Diamond members get access to a personal VIP manager who is ready to assist them directly.
Higher VIP tiers enjoy larger withdrawal limits with faster processing times.
Every year, Platinum VIP members and above receive a special birthday gift as a token of appreciation from vbwin.
Enquiries and issues from VIP members are prioritised for faster responses from the support team.
Bonus offers and special promotions available exclusively to VIP members — not offered to the general public.

One of the most straightforward and appreciated VIP benefits at vbwin is the weekly cashback. Unlike some platforms that impose high re-wagering requirements or limited claim windows, vbwin VIP cashback is credited automatically with no complicated process.
The cashback calculation is also transparent. It is based on your total net wagering amount over the week — not just deposits. This means the benefit truly reflects your level of activity on the platform. The more actively you play, the higher your weekly cashback amount.
For Diamond members, the 12% weekly cashback rate is among the most competitive in the industry in Malaysia. This is not just a temporary promotional offer — it is a permanent benefit you can count on every week as long as you remain at the Diamond tier.
What sets the vbwin VIP program apart goes beyond cashback figures or withdrawal limits. It's about the overall experience you feel as a valued member. Imagine having a personal account manager who knows your gaming habits, understands your preferences, and is ready to offer promotions tailored to your needs — not just sending the same promotional email to every user.
Personal VIP managers at vbwin are dedicated exclusively to serving Platinum and Diamond members. They can be reached through a dedicated communication channel, and their response times are significantly faster than general support. For any issues with your account, transactions, or games — your VIP manager is the first person who will help resolve them.
On top of that, vbwin VIP members often get early access to new games, promotions not yet available to the public, and occasionally invitations to special events. This is vbwin's way of saying thank you to users who have stayed loyal with us — not just in words, but through real, meaningful experiences.
